The Systemic Elements Affecting the Ideological and Political Education

在我国,思想政治教育处于非常重要的地位,起着非常重要的作用,但在某些方面又确实存在着教育效果不佳的情况。究其原因,主要是由于它与周围各种体制性因素密切联系着,不可避免地受着这些体制性因素的影响。本文认为,思想政治教育效果不理想的根本原因在于体制,表现在官员政绩考核、收入分配、德行激励、社会保障、传统教育体制等五个方面,只有彻底解决这些体制性不公因素,才能从根本上提高思想政治教育效果。

The ideological and political education is in high status and plays an important role in our country. However, there do exist some ineffective results in some aspects at the same time. The causes lie with its close relation with a variety of systemic elements. This paper holds that systems are the root causes of the ineffective result of the ideological and political education, which are shown in the following five systems of achievement assessment, income allotment, moral incentive, social security and traditional education. Only by eliminating these unfair systemic elements completely, can we improve our ideological and political education results fundamentally.
