论我国多党合作的历史必然性

On the Historic Inevitability of Multi-Party Cooperation in China

中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是我国的一项基本政治制度,它既是建设中国特色社会主义民主政治重要组成部分,也是我国社会主义政治文明重要内容。这个政党制度的形成和确立是我国具体历史条件和现实条件决定的,也是中国社会历史发展的必然。本文以多党合作的马克思主义理论依据和中国革命建设的实践依据,从我国半殖民地半封建社会的国情和阶级状况,用“多党议会”和“一党制”的破产,来说明多党合作在我国的必然性,同时以诸多革命活动和经验总结印证了多党合作的成功史实,突出了坚持和完善多党合作政治制度的重要意义。

The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the CPC is a fundamental political system in China. It is both a vital cornponent of building socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics and an important part of socialist political civilization of China. The formation and establishment of such a political system is determined by the conditions of the specific history and reality of China, and is also an inevitable result of the historic development of China＇s society. Based on the Marxist theory of multi-party cooperation and the practice of China＇s revolutionary construction, this paper expounds the inevitability of multi-party cooperation in China with the bankruptcy of ＂multi-party parliament＂ and ＂mono-party system＂ under the national conditions and class state of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society of China. Meanwhile, the revolutionary practice and summary of its experience are adopted in the paper to confirm the successful historical fact of multi-party cooperation and stress the significance to adhere to and improve the political system of multi-party cooperation.
