摘要
本文探索了发文办理过程中存在的一些问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了解决问题的思路及措施,以提高发文办理的质量和效率,增强公文的实效性,促进公文处理工作规范化、制度化、科学化。
Based on the analysis of the problems of official document conduction and their causes, the paper puts forward several new thoughts and measures with the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency as well as validity of official documents, making the conduction of official document more standard, systematic, and scientific.
