摘要
通过对房地产及相关企业的调查,运用统计分析方法进行职业调查,从中提炼出房地产营销专业领域的综合能力和职业专项能力,以此为依据制定高职房地产营销专业职业能力—学习分析方法,从而进行该专业课程的设计开发。
This paper proposes that both comprehensive and vocational competence in the field of real estate marketing be concluded and defined by applying the approach of statistic analysis through the investigation of real estate and its related enterprises. In the light of the conclusion and definition, a method Of vocational competence-learning plus analyzing for the real estate marketing program is to be worked out, providing a foundation for the curriculum design and development.
