基于PROFIBUS-DP的铝箔轧机控制系统传动级分析

摘要 PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术是自动化控制系统与分布的现场设备间交换数据的通信系统,可以大量减少电缆,减少调试和维护成本,运行可靠,应用灵活,功能完善,是实现工厂自动化控制、通信性能高的先进过程控制系统。在铝箔冷轧机电气控制系统中采用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术,构成以西门子可编程控制器S7-300为主站,以ABB公司DCS500B系列全数字直流传动装置为从站的分布式网络控制系统。本文首先介绍了PROFIBUS-DP总线,然后对控制系统传动级进行了深入的分析。 PROFIBUS-DP, a kind of field bus technique,plays a role of communications system which exchanges data between auto control system and distributed devices on the job. This technology which makes for saving lots of cables cutting down costs on debugging and maintenance is an advanced process control system with high communications. It can realize auto control on the plant with great credibility and agility. On the aluminum foil cold mill electric control system this paper adopting the technique of PROFIBUS-DP makes up distributing network control system of siemens programmable controller S7-300 as the master station and ABB company's DCS500B series total numerical direct current drive gearing as the passive station. The basic function of PROFIBUS-DP is introduced first then the drive level of this control system is analyzed in-depth.
