摘要
针对空压机能耗大,噪音大,自动化程度低等缺点,提出利用可编程控制器和变频器实现对螺杆式空压机的节能改造方案。实验结果表明,该方案自动化程度高,节能效果明显,具有很大的实用价值。
Consuming tremendous energy, making loud noise, and possessing only a lOW aegree of automation are typical characteristics of an air compressor. PLC and an inverter have been combined ,in this thesis, to realize its energy conservation. Experimental result shows its effectiveness of energy-saving and a high degree of automation which also proved the proposed method can be widely used in practice.
