摘要 本文介绍了莱钢2×22000m3/h制氧机组空分装置自动化系统的设计和实现。整个过程控制采用西门子的PCS7控制系统,根据空分的工艺过程和特性,采用冗余技术、现场总线等先进技术完成了整个系统的硬件组态。在软件组态中,设计了"反动作调节"、"数型转换法"等新的控制策略,使系统更加可靠,更加人性化。整个系统的设计水平达到国内领先水平,具有广泛的推广意义。 The paper introduced the design and realization of the automatic system in 2×22000mVh air separated plant of Laigang. PCS7 system is used in the whole process control. Basing at analyze the schedule and characters redundance technology, the whole locale bus and so forth new technology are being used to finish the whole control system's hardware configure. In the software configure, we design the opposive act adjust, the data type change etc.newly control waymade the system more reliable and more humanness. The whole system's design achieves a level inland and having a extisive meaning to generalize.
