过氧化氢对三倍体毛白杨木素的影响

The effect of hydrogen peroxide on the Lignin of triploid clones of Populus tomentosa Carr

为了研究过氧化氢(H2O2)对速生材—三倍体毛白杨木素的作用规律,本文用不同用量比例的浓度为1.0%的H2O2处理三倍体毛白杨,结果显示随着过氧化氢用量的增加,三倍体毛白杨木素的含量逐渐降低,溶液pH值的下降趋势有所缓解,当H2O2与木粉的比例超过16:1(ml/g)时,木素含量下降的速率趋于缓慢。

Different ratio of 1.0% hydrogen peroxide was used to treat triploid clones of Populus tomentosa Cart .in order to study the rules of hydrogen peroxide to the lignin. Results showed that the lignin content decreased gradually with the increase of the amount of hydrogen peroxide, and also the decrease of pH value was restrained. The decreased rate of lignin content became slow as the ratio,which hydrogen peroxide to triploid clones of Populus tomentosa Cart,exceeded 16 ： 1（ml/g）.
