摘要
运用软岩巷道支护弹塑性圈状模型理论,分析锚注工艺对巷道松动圈应力状态的改变,锚注支护结构体共同作用机理及参数作用。提出了软岩巷道的最佳支护时间、注浆压力、锚杆布置等参数,并通过对潘三矿西一采区石门修复工程的实践,探讨了软岩巷道的加固(修复)方案,提出的巷道加固(修复)技术在工程实践中得到了验证,并取得了较好的技术经济效果。
Using the theory of circle model for soft rock tunnel, the authors analyze the technique of boltgrouting to change the state of stress and propose some parameters such as the optimal supporting time in soft rock tunnel, the pressure of grouting and disposal of bolt. Through the repair project on Xiyi exploiting field in Pansan coal mine, the authors also discuss the method of reinforcement and repairment in soft rock tunnel. It has confirmed that the theory is feasible and practical.
