摘要
对聚氯乙烯(PVC)废弃物进行炭化、水蒸气活化处理及再利用研究。结果表明,以10℃/min梯度升温,550℃维持0.5h,炭化及活化处理的PVC比未活化处理的表面积增加600倍,发热量大约是垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)的两倍。PVC炭化物有望成为一种新的燃料被最终利用。
The carbonization, steam-activation of PVC waste and the application of the resulted charcoal were investigated. It was found that heating at 10 ℃/rain to 550 ℃ and soaked for 0.5 h constituted optimal processing parameters. The resulted charcoal possessed a specific surface area 600 times larger than that untreated materials. In addition, the heat generation from the charcoal was two times that of refuse derived fuel. It was concluded that the PVC charcoal was a potential fuel.
