摘要 使用不同生长条件和生长液配方,在多孔氧化铝载体和氧化硅-氧化锆中间层上,原位水热合成出均匀的随机取向、a,b-轴取向和b-轴取向的晶种层,并进一步通过晶种层的二次生长,制备出随机取向、a,b-轴取向和a-轴取向的分子筛膜层.与国内外现有合成方法比较,采用原位水热法合成晶种层并进一步进行二次生长得到分子筛膜的合成路线简单、易行.晶种层和膜层的扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射等表征结果表明,使用二次原位法同样可以实现分子筛膜层晶体取向和微观结构的调控. The random-,b&a-and b-oriented seed layers on porous alpha-alumina substrate and silica-zirconia intermediate layer were synthesized by in situ crystallization at different conditions and ingredients. The random-,b&a-and a-oriented zeolite membranes were obtained by the following secondary growth. Compared with the state-of-the-art synthesis route of zeolite membranes, the method based on in situ nucleation and secondary growth is simple and practicable. The characterization of the seed layer and final membrane by scanning elec- tron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows that the control and optimization of membrane orientation and microstructure can be achieved by using the in situ nucleation and secondary growth.
