基于生态位理论的高校核心能力评价方法研究

The Evaluation Method for Core Competence of Colleges and Universities based on the Niche Theory

本文借鉴生态学中的生态位理论，阐明高校生态位的基本理论。在此基础上，对高校核心能力进行了分析，将高校核心能力解剖为反映高校“态”属性的占有能力、反映高校“态”和“势”界面属性的适应能力、反映高校“势”属性的进化能力三个层面及其相应的三个测度：生态位高低、生态位适宜度、生态位进化动量：提出了基于高校生态位的高校核心能力综合评价方法，并进行了实证分析。

Using the niche theory in ecology for reference, the paper illuminates the basic niche theory of colleges and universities. And the core competence of colleges and universities are divided into three layers： the occupying ability that reflecting the attribute about colleges＂ ecostate＂, the adapting ability that reflecting the attribute about colleges＂ ecostare＂ and＂ ecorole＂ , and the evolution ability that reflecting the attribute about colleges＂ ecorole＂ , which can be respectively measured by the niche value, the niche fitness and the niche evolutionary momentum. In addition, a comprehensive method was put forward for estimating the core competence of colleges and universities based on its niche. At last, an example was also presented to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
