基于嵌入式微处理器的水轮发电机组单元监控系统

摘要 新型嵌入式微处理器MC68HC912DG128A(MCU)应用于小型水电站智能监控系统以后,克服了可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)在水轮发电机组监控应用中难以实现单元监控的困难,简化了外围集成电路和数据采集接口,增强了单元监控系统内部和系统之间的数据交互能力,提高了小型水电站自动化运营水平。研发结果表明,基于嵌入式微处理器的水轮发电机组单元监控系统适合于小型水电站智能监控。 The problem of the unit monitoring being difficult to be realized by the programmable logic controller(PLC) for the monitoring on hydropower generating unit is solved by application of the new embedded microprocessor to the intelligent monitoring system for small-sized hydropower station; by which both the peripheral integrate circuit and data acquisition interface are simplified, the ability of data interaction between the interior of the unit monitoring system and the system concerned is strength- ened and the automatic operation level of the small-sized hydropower station is upgraded as well. The development result shows that the unit monitoring system based on embedded microprocessor is applicable to the intelligent monitoring of the small-sized hydropower station,
