摘要
在目前机组电液调节系统故障诊断方法中,还没有出现很好的故障定位方法。本文应用模糊数学的应用理论,再请专家和运行人员根据电液调节系统的机理和运行经验得出每个决定各部件的隶属函数;并根据隶属函数得出整个电液调节系统的故障特征表;最后根据故障特征表计算信息量,作出最大故障二元树,并最终确定故障产生的源头。
So far as the diagnosis on the failures of the electro-hydraulic regulating system is concerned, the membership functions of different parts of the system are obtained with the application of the fuzzy mathematics theory based on both the operation mechanism and operation experiences, and then the features of the failures for the system are got on the basis of the functions as well. At last, the binary tree of the possible maximum failure is made according to the calculated information from the features of the failures, by which the sources of the failures concerned are determined.
