摘要
我国水电站的检修体制存在着检修科学依据不足、维修不足、维修过剩等缺点,而状态检修的推行可以克服上述缺点。为此,提出了多泥沙河流水电站水轮机磨蚀状态检修策略,并以三门峡水电站的水轮机磨蚀为例,分析了水轮机的磨蚀规律及对水轮机性能的影响程度,并以此提出了三门峡水电站水轮机磨蚀检修决策系统,为我国多泥沙河流水电站水轮机的检修提供了理论基础和技术参考。
The conventional maintenance system for hydropower station in China has some shortcomings such as lack of scientific basis, lack of maintenance, over-maintenance etc., for which the shortcomings given above can be overcome with the system of condition-based maintenance. Therefore, a condition-based maintenance system for hydraulic turbine under abrasion and corrosion on sediment-laden river is established. The law and the effect from the abrasion and corrosion concerned are inspected with it, and then the abrasion and corrosion maintenance decision-making system for the hydraulic turbines in Sanmenxia Hydropower Station is put forward herein as well; by which both the theoretical basis and technical reference are provided for the maintenance of the hydraulic turbines under the abrasion and corrosion conditions in the hydropower stations on the sediment-laden rivers in China.
