绿色建筑评价新理念:多标准决策模型

New concept of green building evaluation: multi-criteria decision-making model

目前研究绿色建筑概念的文献很多,但是国内很少有文献讨论可以用于可行性研究阶段进行建筑项目评估的方法。本文提供了一个多标准决策模型。根据备选方案在经济、社会、环境与人方面的评价结果进行决策,该模型弥补了环境建筑评价方法不适用于可行性研究的不足,有助于选择出绿色的建筑开发方案。

There are a lot of literatures to study the concept of green building at present, however, the methods for evaluating the green building to be used during the feasibility study phase are less to be discussed in the relevant literatures published at home. Under this circumstance, a multi-criteria decision-making model is put forward herein, which makes up the deficiency of the traditional methods, those are not applicable to the feasibility study concerned, for environment evaluation of buildings on the basis of the decision-making made on the results from the evaluations of the relevant alternative plans in the aspects of economy, society, environment and human being, etc., and then help to select the plan of the green building developments as well.
