赛博刀的原理及临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 赛博刀是一种新型立体定向放射治疗机,采用影像引导实时跟踪系统,指导机械臂带动直线加速器追踪靶区进行治疗。它重复性好,精确度高,创伤小且适应面广,可进行正/逆向治疗计划,也可分次治疗,且兼容放射外科和放射治疗两种功能。已被美国食品与药物管理局批准应用于全身多种疾病的治疗。多项研究结果证明了赛博刀治疗的可行性和安全有效性。
