本文分析了开展地质调查工作效益评价的必要性,在研究国内外地质调查工作评价理论和实践基础上,对地质调查产品进行了分类,提出了我国地质调查工作效益评价的思路、评价方法和指标体系。指标体系包括产出指标、直接效益指标和间接效益指标等45个具体评价指标。

This paper has analyzed the necessity of the benefit appraisal about the geological survey work, and has carried on the classification to the products of the geological survey work and has proposed the benefit appraisal mentality of geological survey work, the appraisal method and the target system in China, which based on the studies about the appraisal theory and the practice foundation of the domestic and abroad. The target system includes 45 specific appraisals targets, such as the delivers targets, the direct benefit targets and the indirect benefit targets and so on.
