煤柱管道减阻方法的探讨与实验分析

摘要 针对煤柱管道输送的特点,探讨煤柱管道的减阻方法,选择施加振动和添加高分子聚合物进行煤柱管道减阻实验。实验数据分析指出,振动对煤柱管道减阻没有效果,且将增大管道损失;高分子聚合物对煤柱管道减阻有较明显作用,而且聚合物浓度、煤柱直径比和形状比也分别对聚合物减阻效应产生一定影响。 Based on the characteristics of coal log pipeline transportation the drag reduction of coal log pipeline was discussed. The vibration and some polymers were selected for drag reduction experiments of coal log pipeline. The experimental analyses indicated that the vibration failed to take effect for drag reduction of coal log pipeline and increased the pressure loss of pipeline transportation. The polymers were effective for drag reduction of coal log pipeline, and the efficiency of drag reduction was affected by the concentrations of polymers, the ratio of diameter of coal log and the aspect ratio of coal log.
