摘要
对比研究了传统法与微波辐射条件下水杨醛缩合壳聚糖的制备,用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。用正交法优化了溶剂、反应时间、酸度及物料比对缩合度的影响,结果表明,微波法在pH5.0,反应3min,,以95%的乙醇作溶剂,物料比51∶时,缩合度可达94.75%。与传统法比较,微波法具有反应时间短、产率高等特点。
The condensation chitosan by o-hydroxybenzaldehyde was prepared by using microwave irradiation and by traditional methods respectively and the two methods were compared. IR spectra of the products indicated that the molecular structures of condensation chitosan prepared by two methods were identical. The reaction conditions such as option of solvent, reaction time, pH value and proportion of reactant were optimized through using orthogonal design as follows: 94.75 % condensation degree could be achieved by using microwave in the 95 % ethanol at pH 5.0, proportion of reactant as 5:1, 3 min reaction time. Comparing with traditional ways, Microwave-assisted synthesis has obvious advantages such as short reaction time and high product yield.
