摘要 概述了开放获取期刊兴起的原因及现状,并分别从信息来源、检索特性和影响因子的角度对DOAJ进行了评价分析。 This paper summarizes the rise reason and present state of open access to journals and then evaluats the DOAJ database from the information source、search peculiarity and impact factor.
