摘要
将流动注射技术引入邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定Fe^2+分析体系,采用单阀双带镀镉锌片还原柱带隔离的阀体流路,建立了同时测定微量Fe^2+和Fe^3+的分析方法。Fe^2+的测定范围为0~10mg/L,检出限为1.2×10^-6mg/L;Fe^3+的测定范围为0~12mg/L,检出限为1.8×10^-6~mg/L。方法用于水中Fe^2+和Fe^3+的同时测定。
A flow injection spectrophotometry is proposed for simultaneous determination of iron ion ( Ⅱ ) and iron ion (Ⅲ) based on o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry, using double zone injection and a reduction column packed with cadmium plated zinc power. The ranges of determination are 0 - 10 mg/L for Fe( Ⅱ ) and 0 - 12 mg/L for Fe( Ⅲ ). The limits of detection are 1.2 × 10^-6 mg/L for Fe( Ⅱ) and 1.8 × 10 ^-6 mg/L for Fe(Ⅲ ). This method has been applied to the determination of Fe( Ⅱ ) and Fe( Ⅲ ) in water with satisfactory results.
