一种新型智能冠心病无损诊断仪的研制

摘要 新型智能冠心病无损诊断仪以冠状动脉疾病患者的多通道心音信号为主要分析依据,结合与冠心病有关的其他相关信息,采用了数字信号处理的小波分析技术及人工神经网络模式识别技术设计。临床应用结果表明,这种新技术对冠状动脉疾病的诊断具有一定的参考价值,这为大众的普检提供了潜在的可能性。 Based on the domestic and international research in the past few decades, we present an intelligent non-destructive diagnostic instrument for coronary artery disease (CAD). This instrument analyses the multi-channel heart sounds of patients who have coronary artery disease and combines other information about CAD, then wavelet analysis, artificial neural network and pattern recognition technology are also used. The result of clinic application indicates that this instrument has certain reference value to the diagnosis of CAD and provides potential possibility of general examination.
