基于图像的香烟滤棒截面周长检测系统

在香烟生产中,滤棒形状尺寸的好坏直接影响到香烟的生产质量和效率;针对传统形状尺寸检测技术的缺点,提出了基于图像的香烟滤棒截面周长检测系统;考虑到在生产中香烟滤棒易变形,其截面不一定为标准圆,不能通过测量其直径来求得周长;采用多边形近似法得到截面周长;仿真试验结果表明了系统的可行性。

In the process of cigarette, the shape and size of filter stick diretly affects the quality and efficiency of cigarette production. According to the disadvantages of the traditional measurement system of the shape and size, it puts forward measurement system of cross section circumference of filter stick based on image. In the industry, the shape of filter stick is easily changed. So its cross section shape is not a regular circle. The circ umference of the cross-section can not le obtained by measuring its diameter. It can be obtained only by the method of approximate circumference calculation of the polygon. The resuh of the simulation experiment shows the validity of the system.
