摘要
介绍了一种高可靠性远程分布式测控系统设计,采用CAN网络作为现场测控网络,设计了CAN网关以解决高、低速CAN网络节点数据通信实时性矛盾,并在不牺牲可靠性的前提下扩展现场测控节点数量;利用工控机实现了现场测控网络与以太网的连接,应用结果表明,该分布式测控系统运行稳定可靠,实时性好,具有一定的实用和推广价值。
A more reliable long-distance distributed measurement and control system is introduced in this thesis. CAN net was designed to be field measurement and control net. Conflict of Real- time data communication was avoided by CAN gateway between high speed and low speed CAN net. Because of CAN gateway, lots of field measurement and control nodes were added to CAN net, and did not reduce the reliability of system. Field measurement and control net was linked to Ethernet by IPC. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
