摘要
介绍了小型人工气候室主要控制特点与相应的控制策略,以及基于专家知识的小型人工气候室控制系统及控制算法的设计,讨论了进行温度控制的方法及参数的设定方法;控制算法采用自整定PID控制技术并设计出PID控制器,同时对硬件采用模块化设计思想,方案简单易行;设计出的温湿度控制方案能拟合专家知识库中生物生长曲线,符合生物生长需要;人性化的人机交互界面方便操作;最后给出的仿真图像表明能使温度控制在一定精度范围内,效果良好。
The main controlling characteristic and policy, and the design of mini-greenhouse control system and algorithm based on expert repository are introduced, the way of controlling temperature and setting parameters are discussed. In algorithm, designs PID controller with self-tuning technology of PID, the controlling scheme can tally with the growing curve of Expert Repository , it can accord with the need of life growing, in addition , using the modularization of hardware makes the whole system simple and applicable, the human -interface is easy to operate, the last simulational graph proves this design can achieve the proper preeislon and has the good effect.
