摘要
针对宽幅面工业喷墨绘图仪控制器的设计难题,提出了采用Nios II嵌入式处理器进行设计的技术方案,不但简化了电路设计,提高了系统的可靠性,增强了系统的可扩展性,而且具有成本低廉的特点;该控制器可支持1~4个印点分辨率为600dpi的喷墨头,测试结果表明在2m幅面的4头工业喷墨绘图仪上,其输出速度可达到150m2/h。
To increase the printing speed and improve the quality of wide format industry ink-jet printer, a controller based on Nios II embedded processor is designed. Not only are the circuit design simplified, the system reliability and expansibility improved, but also the cost is cut down. This controller could support 1-4 ink-jet heads with a resolution of 600dpi. Experiment results show that an industry ink-iet printer, which has a printing width of 2 meters, equipped with this controller and four print heads achieves a printing speed of 150m^2/hour.
