摘要
目的进一步评价支气管动脉栓塞术(BAE)治疗咯血的疗效。方法回顾性总结1999年1月～2006年4月北京军区总医院应用BAE治疗的28例咯血患者的临床资料。结果28例患者中,17例为双侧病变,11例为单侧病变。BAE术后9例复发,包括支气管扩张症复发6例(25%),肺癌复发3例(75%)。5例患者复发后再次栓塞疗效仍较满意。未发现脊髓损伤及异位栓塞等较严重并发症。结论BAE疗效确切,止血彻底,损伤少,恢复快,可重复进行,是一种安全、有效的抢救大咯血的微创技术。
Objective To evaluate the effect of bronchial artery embolization （BAE） on hemoptysis. Methods The clinical data of 28 cases with hemoptysis treated with BAE from Jan 1999 to Apr 2006 in General Hospital of Beijing Military Area were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 28 patients, bilateral lesions existed in 17 cases and unilateral in 11 cases. After ABE,9 cases recurred including bronchiectasis in 6 cases and lung cancer in 3 cases. In the recurrent cases, re-embolization was effective in in 5 cases. Severe comphcations like spinal injury and abnormal embolization were not found. Conclusion BAE is a safe, effective and minimally invasive technique for recurrent or massive hemoptysis.
