摘要
冲突管理作为一种现代管理方法,其应用能够极大地提高企业的管理效率,降低管理成本。本文基于对冲突管理内涵的理解,对企业信息化项目实施过程中的冲突来源进行了深入的剖析与解释,在此基础上,对解决不同冲突的方法进行了探讨。
As a modem method of business management, conflict management can greatly enhance management efficiency and reduce cost. Based on the understanding of the essence of conflict management, this paper discusses the sources of conflicts in information technology projects of enterprises, and explores methods to deal with these conflicts based on prior analysis.
