超级钢与低碳钢焊接热影响区晶粒尺寸对比

摘要 利用数值模拟方法对超级钢和低碳钢的焊接温度场进行了模拟,在此基础上,对其热影响区晶粒尺寸进行了预测,并将结果进行了对比分析。结果定量地表明,超级钢热影响区的晶粒尺寸比低碳钢热影响区的晶粒尺寸小,超级钢焊缝比低碳钢焊缝性能优良。 The welding temperature fields of the ultra fine grain steel and the mild steel are simulated by computer software. Meanwhile, the crystalline grain size in HAZ of the ultra fine grain steel and the mild steel are predicted. And the results of the prediction were compared and analyzed, The results indicate that the crystalline grain size of the ultra fine grain steel is smaller than the mild steel's in the HAZ. So the quality of the ultra fine grain steel is better than that of the mild steel in the welding line.
