混合气体保护背面强制成形的焊接工艺研究

Research on Welding Technology with Mixed Gas Shielding in Rear Forcible Figuration of One Side Welding

通过对陶瓷衬垫药芯焊丝混合气体保护背面强制成形的焊接工艺试验,分析了主要规范参数和工艺因素对背面成形的影响。结果表明,采用合理的焊接工艺能保证背面焊缝焊接质量的可靠性。

Through the welding technology experiment about rear forcible figuration with ceramic backing, lux-cored wire,and mixed gas shielding,the influences of main normative parameters and technical factors on rear figuration were analyzed. The results show that with the reasonable technique, the refiability of welding quality of rear welding can be ensured.
