异厚度铝合金激光拼焊残余应力场测试研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用小孔释放法检测异厚度铝合金激光拼焊后的残余应力场,分析残余应力产生的原因和规律,对比薄厚两板残余应力场的差异。测量分析结果表明:异厚度铝合金激光拼焊残余应力场分布规律与普通熔焊方法相似,但分布区域较窄;薄板残余应力场与厚板分布相似,但残余应力值范围较大。 The residual stress of aluminum alloy of different thickness in laser welding was measured by a hole-drilling technique, the rule and reason of producing residual stress were analyzed.The differences between thin plate and thick plate were compared. The results show that the residual stress distribution of different thickness in laser welding is similar to that in traditional fusion welding process, but the zones of distribution are narrower, the residual stress distribution of thin plate in laser welding is similar to that of the thick plate, but the zones of distribution are bigger.
