摘要
以焊接电流、焊接电压、焊接速度三个工艺参数作为研究对象,对不同焊接工艺参数组合下的汽车后桥壳焊接模型进行有限元分析,考察各个焊接工艺参数对焊接残余应力的影响程度。为减少试验次数,采用了正交设计方案,得到焊接电流对焊接残余应力有显著影响的结论。
Through studying three process parameters including welding current, welding voltage ,welding speed, the rear axle housing welding model in the coudition of different process parameters combination was analysed using finite element method, the influences of different process parameters on welding residual stress were studied. The orthogonal tests show that welding current has remarkable influence on welding residual stress.
