p27^(kip1)、MMP-9和α-Catenin在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

Expression of p27^(kip1),MMP-9 and α-Catenin and its significance in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma

目的探讨p27k ip1、MMP-9和α-Caten in在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达水平和意义。方法应用免疫组化SP染色法检测30例皮肤鳞状细胞癌、12例不典型增生(AH)和10例脂溢性角化病(SK)皮损中p27k ip1、MMP-9和α-Caten in蛋白的表达。结果①p27k ip1在皮肤SCC表达的阳性率为30%(9/30),显著低于在脂溢性角化病中的表达(P<0.05))。②MMP-9在皮肤SCC表达的阳性率为77%(23/30),显著高于在脂溢性角化病中的表达(P<0.05)。③α-Caten in在皮肤SCC异常表达率为80%(24/30),明显高于在脂溢性角化病中的异常表达(P<0.05)。④在皮肤SCC中,p27k ip1表达与MMP-9或α-Caten in表达呈负相关(P<0.05);MMP-9和α-Caten in表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论p27k ip1、MMP-9和α-Caten in可能与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生发展密切相关,可作为判断皮肤鳞状细胞癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the significance of p27^kip1, MMP - 9 and α- Catenin protenin expression in cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas （SCC）. Methods p27^kip1, MMP- 9 and α -Catenin in skin lesions of 30 cases of SCC, 12 cases of AH and 10 cases of SK were detected by using immunohistochemical （S -P） method. Results ①In SCC, the positive rate of p27^kiP1 protein was 30% （9/30）. Expression of p27^kiP1 protein was detected in a significantly lower proportion in SCC than that in SK （ P 〈 0.05）.②In SCC, the positive rate of MMP -9 protein was 77% （23/30）. Expression of MMP -9 protein was detected in a significantly highter proportion in SCC than that in SK （ P 〈 0.05）. ③In SCC, the abnormal expression rate of α - Catenin was 80% （24/30）. Abnormal expression rate of α - Catenin protein was detected in a significantly highter proportion in SCC than that in SK （ P 〈0.05 ）. ④In SCC, p27^kip1 expression was negatively correlated with MMP- 9, as well as α-Catenin（ P 〈0.05）, but MMP-9 expression was positively associated with α- Catenin. Conclusion p27^kip1 , MMP -9 and α- Catenin may be closely related to the carcinogenesis and progression of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, and may be as the indication of biological behavior and prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma.
