摘要
目的在横切面上通过髓突定位额叶脑回,为影像学上通过髓突定位额叶脑回奠定解剖形态学基础。方法选用20例正常人脑标本,用颜料对额上、中、下回染色,作层厚6 mm之横切脑片,选取其中典型层面,以钟表时针方向表示髓突方向,观察分析额上、中、下回与髓突之间的对应性并总结规律。结果在各切面上,时针12点至12点半方向髓突所对应脑回是额上回;时针12点半至1点(右)及10点半至11点半(左)方向髓突所对应脑回是额中回;时针2~3点(右)及9~11点(左)方向髓突所对应脑回是额下回。结论额上、中、下回与髓突之间有对应规律可寻,影像学上可以通过髓突定位额上、中、下回。
Objective To explore the location of frontal gyrus by the processus neuralis in transection, to provide morphological data for imageology. Methods Twenty normal cadaver heads were chose, 6 mm brain slices were cut after stained superior frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus, chose the typical planes to observe and measure the relation between prncessus neuralis and superior frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus on horizontal sections and summarize the rules. Results The processus neuralis on direction of 12:00-12:30 hour hand were corresponding to superior frontal gyrus. The processus neuralis on direction of 12:30-1:00 hour hand (right side), and 10:30-11:30 hour hand (right side) were corresponding to middle frontal gyrus. The processus neuralis on direction of 2:00-3:00 hour hand (right side), and 9:00-11:00 hour hand (right side) were corresponding to inferior frontal gyrus. Conclusion The corresponding rules between processus neuralis and superior frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus are obtained, So it may localize superior frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus by processus neuralis on image.
