摘要
目的:确定末端病动物模型的适当时间。方法:35只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组和造模组(“电击跳跃法”造模),观察3周、4周、5周、6周、8周、10周、12周时大鼠的体征及末端区病理变化。结果:3周时跟腱末端区有不明显的病理性变化,达不到动物模型的要求,说明造模时间太短;4-12周组的大部分动物出现典型的末端病病理变化,其中8周组大鼠跟腱末端区的病理变化较为一致,造模成功率较高。结论:8周是最佳的造模持续时间。
Objective:This study is to the determine appropriate period of establishing enthesiopathy rat models. Methods:35 male rats were divided into the control group and the exercise group. The pathologic changes were observed at the end of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th week. Results:The results show that some pathologic change of enthesiopathy appeared at the end of 3 weeks, and the typical changes appeared after 4weeks. At the end of the 8th week, all the rats had the typical changes. Conduson:It is concluded the best period of making enthesiopathy rat model is 8 weeks.
