摘要 环氧化酶-2(COX-2)是花生四烯酸合成前列腺素的限速酶,在人类许多肿瘤中过表达。近年来研究表明,COX-2通过促进肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡、促进肿瘤血管生成以及降低机体免疫力等机制在前列腺癌变过程中发挥着重要作用。现就其研究新进展作一综述。 Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) is the key enzyme regulating the production of prostaglandins. Overexpression of COX-2 is associated with several kinds of tumors. COX-2 plays a important role in prostate carcinogenesis through increasing cell growth and angiogenesis, decreasing apoptosis and immune response. This review will address on the research advancement on the role of COX-2 in prostate cancer.
