前列腺增生患者尿动力学检测的临床意义

Dianostic value of vrinary dynamics for BPH

目的:探讨BPH患者行尿动力学检查的临床的意义。方法:对35例BPH患者检测手术前、后的尿流动力学各项指标,并进行对比分析。结果:手术前、后各项尿流动力学指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:尿动力学检查具有直观、准确、量化、可比性高等优点,对手术适应证的判定、术后疗效的评估及并发症的原因分析,均有重要的价值。

Objective： To evaluate the value of urinary dynamics in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, disease grades, complications, prognosis, and currative effect. Methods：The results of 35 cases between preoperation and postoperation were contrasted and analysed, referring to the ICS standard definition. Results： Indexes are significant differt between preoperation and postoperation. Conclusions：The urinary dynamics test is valuable to the assessment of applications, curative effect and complications cause.
