摘要 目的:探讨初步建立一个细胞打印系统,进行细胞无损伤打印的可行性。方法:常规培养人类宫颈癌细胞株Hela细胞,收获后做成细胞悬液代替喷墨封装入墨盒,改装喷墨打印机进行细胞打印,检测打印后细胞的活性,并与未经打印组细胞对照。结果:经过喷墨打印后细胞能够快速、精确的定位于目标区域,并且能够维持正常细胞形态、保持生物活力并继续生长、分裂增值。结论:细胞无损伤打印是可行的,为进一步的器官打印研究提供依据、探索方法。 Objective:To study the feasibility of compute-aided jet-based cell printing and set up a model to evaluate the efficiency of computer-aided jet-based cell printing. Methods: A computer-aided jet-based cell printing system including cell culture and Ink-jet printing was established. Hela cell was be used as printing stuff. A refited Epson Color480 Ink-jet printer as be the bio-printer. As jet-black, the cultured Hela cells were collected and be enclosed in ink-box and printed by bio-printer. Then the printed cells was collected and cultured again as experimental group. Another cultured cells that not be printed as control group . The control and experiment are all be cultured in same condition. The observed index includes cell counting, morphological change. Results:Cell can be placed accurately and fleetly on the printing substrate film by jet-printer. Most of the printed cells(〉90%) were survived healthily. They can be cultured again easily and the biological characteristic such as shape and cell division is same as the cells not be printed. Conclusions:The computer-aided jet-based cell printing system don't significantly injury cell and the method is feasible. That means organ printing maybe feasibility.
