软骨组织工程的回顾与展望 被引量:2

摘要 关节软骨因损伤而导致衰退,甚至发生退化性关节炎,有近70%的65岁以卜老年人受退化性关节炎的影响。目前,仍缺少一套治疗退化性关节炎及阻止其继续恶化的有效方法。
