摘要
大型企业由于设备数量多,造成备品配件种类繁杂,仅依靠经验生成采购计划,往往存在急件多、平衡工作量大等问题,因此急需从备件的需求、采购、合同、到货、入库、仓库管理、出库各阶段实现智能化管理。
Since the quantity of equipment in large company is huge, there are different kinds of spare parts that are difficult to deal with. We used to make a stock plan based on the experience witch result in the disadvantage of large amounts of emergency parts and burden of balance work. Therefore, we need an intelligent management of spare parts considering aspects of demand, stock, contract, delivery, inventory, warehouse management, dispatch, etc.
