补肾活血助孕汤对卵泡发育及子宫内膜的影响

Clinical Study on the Influence of Bushen Hxuoxue Zhuyun Decoction on Endometrial Growth and Follicle

目的应用补肾活血助孕汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症,通过观察卵泡的发育及子宫内膜的变化,为其临床疗效提供科学依据。方法选取90例中医辨证为肾虚型的排卵障碍性不孕症患者,随机分为2组,治疗组(50例)服用中药补肾活血助孕汤,对照组(40例)服用克罗米芬。结果补肾活血助孕汤治疗组痊愈率24.0%,显效率56.0%,有效率16.0%,总有效率96.0%;克罗米芬对照组痊愈率15.0%,显效率42.5%,有效率25.0%,总有效率82.5%。两组比较,有显著差异(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后卵泡直径比较均有非常显著差异(P<0.01),两组间治疗后无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后子宫内膜厚度显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血助孕汤促卵泡发育效果显著,通过促进卵泡生长发育及增强子宫内膜的生长和增厚,以及良好的调经作用,达到助孕目的。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Zhuyun Decoction and its influence on the endometrial growth and the follicle, and supply scientific evidence for the clinical use of Bushen Huoxue Zhuyun Decoction. Methods 90 cases of patients with anovulatory sterility of kidney deficiency syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. Treatment group （50 cases） and control group （40 cases） were given Bushen Huoxue Zhuyun Decoction and clomiphene citrate respectively. Results In the treatment group, the cured rate was 24%, markedly effective rate was 56%, effective rate was 16%, and the total effective rate was 96%. In the control group, the cured rate was 15%, markedly effective rate was 17.5%, effective rate was 25%, and the total effective rate was 82.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis （P〈0.01）. Comparing the growth of foUicles, the differences of pre-treatment and pos-treatment in two groups were both significant by statistical analysis （P〈0.01）, while the difference between the two groups was not obvious by statistical analysis （P〉0.05）. The thickness of uterine endometrium of pre-treatment and post-treatment in treatment group was significant by statistical analysis （P〈0.01）. The thickness of uterine endometrium of post-treatment between two groups is significant by statistical analysis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Zhuyun Decoction has good effect in treating anovulatory sterility of kidney deficiency syndrome through promoting growth and development of follicle, strengthening endometrium and regulating menstrual cycle.
