摘要
“核心期刊制”已成为我国学术评价体系的重要组成部分,对职称评定、申报科研项目及博士论文答辩等具有决定性作用,并成为判断论文学术水平和申报人学术能力的重要依据。核心期刊论文的发表数量也随之被作为职称评定中一项硬性的量化指标。
