摘要
光温敏核雄性不育系GB028S多年来以其稳定的育性表现得到有关科研人员的重视,对其遗传机理的探讨也就显得非常重要,本文从GB028S及其衍生品系的遗传表现来分析其光温敏基因作用的机理、控制光温敏基因的对数,及其在遗传育种上的应用,探讨其遗传规律,从而来解释在光温敏核不育系选育过程中出现的各类问题,以指导育种实践。
It was important to investigate the genetic mechanism of male sterile genes in PTGMS hybrid rice along with steady fertility which is GB028S. based on genetic expression, the article analyzed mechanism of action, factor pair and its application, through investigate genetic development to explain question during select male sterile line, so that guide practice.
