国内B2C电子商务网站退货管理研究 被引量:14

摘要 从退货有效时间、退货费用分担、退货处理流程和B2C电子商务网站与供应商合作等角度对比分析了国内综合性B2C电子商务网站退货管理的现状及存在问题。指出B2C电子商务网站可通过差异化退货策略、对供应商实施ABC管理和建立消费者网上购物信用数据库等手段改善退货管理,配送方面应采用与第三方物流结成战略联盟方式尽量降低退货配送成本,提高B2C电子商务网站的退货管理水平。 The paper Iries to clarify the situation and the problems about retun management of B2C web sites in China and gives out some suggestions to recline costs and improve quality of return management, such as implementing diferent return policies and building up return alluance as well as adopting the TPL service.
