水杨酸对甘薯的生理效应和块根产量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 在田间条件下于甘薯块根膨大初期用3mmol/L的水杨酸+吐温-20(体积分数0.1%)喷雾甘薯藤叶,对照(CK)喷等量清水+吐温-20(体积分数0.1%)。结果表明:与CK比较,水杨酸能提高甘薯叶片中叶绿素含量,降低叶片中过氧化物酶活性和脯氨酸的含量,可溶性糖含量在处理后6d高于CK,处理后12d和18d则均低于CK。统计分析结果显示水杨酸处理的鲜薯产量显著高于对照。 During the initial swelling period of sweat potato root tuber, salicylic acid (SA) (3 m mol·L -1 +tween-20( volume fraction 0.1%) were sprayed upon the vine and leaves in the treatment plots, and equal volume pure water+tween-20(volume fraction 0.1%) were also sprayed in the CK plots under the cultivated field condition. The results showed that comparing with CK, SA treatment could raise the chlorophyll content of leaves and reduce the proxidase activity as well as the proline content. As for soluble sugar content were higher than CK after treatment 6 d, but lower than CK after treatment 12 d and 18 d. The statistical analysis indicated that the fresh root tuber yield treated by SA were higher than CK markedly.
