Using Huygens' surface equivalence principle to prove the extinction theorem

场等效原理是电磁学的基本定理之一,但场等效原理特别是零场定理很难被人理解,人们很难想象在一个区域中的场等效为原问题的场,而在另一个区域中却为零场。用惠更斯面等效原理证明了零场定理,该方法简单明了,易于理解,是一个很好的证明方法。

The field equivalence principle, one of the fundamental concepts in electromagnetics, has numerous applications. However, it is not easy for people to understand it thoroughly. Especially, it is even harder to understand the extinction theorem and its realization in practice. In this article the authors use Huygens＇ surface equivalence principle to prove the extinction theorem, which is the fundamental concepts in electromagnetics. And this method proved to be a simple and good one in practice.
