穴位贴敷“咳喘宁”贴膏对实验动物止咳、祛痰、平喘作用的实验研究

Experimental study of Kechuanning strapping on relieving cough,removing phlegm and preventing asthma effects in experimental animals

目的:研究穴位贴敷“咳喘宁”贴膏对实验动物的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。方法:采用“氨水引咳法”、“气管酚红排泌法”观察穴位贴敷“咳喘宁”贴膏对小鼠的镇咳、祛痰作用;采用“卵白蛋白诱喘法”观察“咳喘宁”贴膏对哮喘模型大鼠的平喘作用。结果:穴位贴敷“咳喘宁”贴膏能明显延长咳嗽、哮喘潜伏期,增加小鼠支气管酚红排泌量,减少咳嗽次数。结论:穴位贴敷“咳喘宁”贴膏具有明显的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。

Objective：To study relieving cough, removing phlegm and preventing asthma effects of Kechuanning strapping to experimental animals. Methods：Through relieving cough caused by the irritation of ammonia water in mice and the phenol red output of trachea in mice to observe relieving cough and removing phlegm effects. Through the asthma model was established by ovalbumin sensitization to observe preventing asthma effect. Results：Kechuanning strapping could significantly prolong the latent period of cough and asthma, increase the amount of secreting phenol red in the bronchus of mice and decrease the frequency of cough. Conclusion： Kechuanning strapping has significant relieving cough, removing phlegm and preventing asthma effects.
