摘要
将柔嫩艾美耳球虫鸡胚及药物适应株(P25、P30)和巨型艾美耳球虫早熟选育株(P22、P28),分别连续回鸡6代,测定试验鸡的肠道病变及肠道内容物的卵囊密度。结果显示,试验鸡的肠道平均病变程度(1.0以下)明显低于对照组,而肠道内容物的卵囊密度则基本相似,表明弱毒虫株无返祖现象。
day-old chickens were inoculated with two eimbryo-related attenuatedstrains of E.tenella(P25 and P30)and two precocious attenuated strains of E. maxima(P22 andP28);respectively;for 6 serial passages for measuring the pathogenicity reversion of theattenuated strains. The results showed that no pathogenicity reversion of the attenuatedstrains was found in tested chickens based on the similarity in both lesion score and oocystdensity in contents of intestines between the attenuated strains and the control strains.
