摘要
根据上海市统计局提供的数据，采用余值法对上海市农业科技进步贡献率进行了测算和预测．为了准确地测算，对于每年的农业劳动力和耕地面积统计量，使用年初与年末的平均值替代原先直接取用的年末值，并以高峰年和低谷年为基年的两个时间段测算结果的平均值之比值，作为最终的估算结果．上述尝试是本文的一个重要特点．
Using the statistical data provided by Shanghai Statistical Bureau;the authorsmake a calculation of the contributing ratio of scientific and technical progress in agriculturein Shanghai by a remainder method.In order to calculate accurately;we firstly use the meanof the values at the beginning and end of a year in place of formerly used single value at theend of a year for the statistical figures of labor force and cultivated area;secondly avoid directcomparison between years with high and low peak calculations;and lastly take the specificvalue of the average values in the two periods as a final result.
